VOLUNTEER ORGANIZATION
The success of the North Star Ballet and the North Star Ballet School depends on the efforts of a great many volunteers.
The Volunteer Organization exists to support the activities of the North Star Dance Foundation, the North Star Ballet School and the North Star Ballet Company and, very importantly, to promote the spirit of community, cooperation and accomplishment that has been the guiding force of volunteer activity associated with the organization over the years.
The Volunteer Organization is based on an inclusive philosophy that recognizes the value of each individual, provides creative involvement and fulfillment for each individual, but sensitively insists that individual motivations be channeled to the greater good. Tasks to be accomplished by the Volunteer Organization are outlined in the Volunteer Organizational Chart. Persons wishing to be involved in the activities of the Volunteer Organization should fill out a Volunteer Form which allows the Volunteer Coordinator to contact the potential volunteer directly.
